Pierre-Manuel

President

Pierre-Manuel is a finance professional who spent most of his career in banking groups in France before becoming an independent consultant for financial institutions.


Paolo 

Managing Director

Paolo is founder and CEO of Thearen, IP company and Family Office. He started his career as COO and CTO in the family business Guido Tazzetti, a producer and distributor of specialty gases, then founded and managed Theolab, a major Italian player in environmental analysis, operating in 9 locations with over 200 employees.


Marco 

Managing Director

Marco started his career as a tax consultant at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, then moved to EY in the audit service line. After these experiences in Italy, he moved to Paris to work at INDEFI Group, a strategic consulting boutique specialized in Private Equity and Asset Management, where he spent 5 years.


Alberto

Indipendent Director

Alberto is a full professor at the University of Turin, Faculty of Management. He has extensive experience in the field of consulting and managerial training, as well as being the author of numerous academic scientific publications and books on various managerial topics.
